Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate at d'annata beach, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are seeking individuals who are outgoing, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

. Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly demeanor. Provide assistance to customers to facilitate sales.

. Operate the point-of-sale system (e.g., Square) efficiently and accurately.

. Maintain the appearance of the store by organizing and restocking

merchandise.

• Assist with visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.

. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

. Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission goals.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $16 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.

. Additional commission opportunities based on sales performance.
