- Vocation School training or High School certification
- Culinary Education Degree, Certification from CIA, or equivalent
- Basic wine knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required with less than 2 years of experience in culinary field
- Proficient knife skills
- Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology

Signature Fine Dining Culinary
The pay rate for this Signature Fine Dining/Dinner Cook role in California is $27.50 per hour and for this Fine Dining/Demi Chef role in California is $29.50 per hour

FACILITIES OPERATING SYSTEMS (FOS)
Maintenance Engineer - Full Time
The pay rate for this role in California is $35.36 per hour.
- Proficient in completing digital work orders and using energy management systems
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
- 3+ years of experience with hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and safety standards
- EPA 608 or Universal Certification required
- Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
Operating Engineer
The pay rate for this role in California is $40.02 per hour
- Journeyman Operating Engineer or maintenance machinist experience
- Unlimited CFC license
- Background as a Utilities Man Class A or C, Boiler Technician Class A or C
- Must have at least 1,000 hours of operating cranes with capacity ranging from 15 tons to 160 tons and licensed by NCCCO Good knowledge of standard crane operation techniques and hand signals are also required
- Decision-making Skills: Crane operators are expected to use sound judgement and able to determine the appropriate sequence for an operation
- Physical Dexterity: Crane operator is able to simultaneously control an array of levers and pedals to lift, move, and reposition materials as required
- Stamina: Operator is able to withstand equipment vibration and long hours of sitting in the cab of a crane as well as standing when conducting rigging operations
Pruner
The pay rate for this role in California is $30.26 to $36.89 per hour
- Western Chapter Certified Tree Worker (WC-CTW) or the level of ability to obtain a Certified Tree Worker Qualification
- Must have the ability to safely perform rigging operations under the standards found in ISA/ANSI Z133.1. Must have the ability to gain proficiency and knowledge of different rigging systems.
- Must have previous experience in tree tagging, tree inspection, recording of data in the field, and on the Access Database Inventory Program.
- Must have the ability to understand Arboriculture in regard to tree health and structure defects, as well as the ability to input data into the Access computer program.
Electrician – (Appliance)
The pay rate for this role in California is 38.48 to $46.85 per hour
- Must be able to understand and operate under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines and other food
safety/sanitary guidelines. Must also be able to troubleshoot and repair gas and steam systems utilized in
commercial kitchen equipment
- Must have technical electrical competency, and the ability to read and understand detailed instructions, and the ability to pass all compliance-required technical and safety training. Will walk, kneel, bend, climb and ride a bicycle. May push vehicles to reposition them for maintenance checks.
- Requires acute troubleshooting skills.
- Requires the use of basic math, the ability to differentiate colors, and an understanding of the National Electric Code.
- Will be required to attend and pass compliance and other associated training to ensure that correct maintenance documentation is performed. This requires computer literacy and the ability to evaluate the scope of each job in order to properly determine the needed parts and materials, and to order them through authorized vendors.
Electrician-(power distribution)
The pay rate for this role in California is $38.48 to $46.85 per hour
- Minimum 5 years of industrial-level troubleshooting-and-repair experience or equivalent educational experience such as trade school graduate
- Technical competence, the ability to read and understand detailed instructions, blueprints, flowcharts, schematics and engineering documents, and pass all compliance for technical and safety training
- Knowledge in the control and repair of circuits and motors
- Keen troubleshooting skills and comfortable working alone or in a team.
- Ability to evaluate the scope of a job, resolve needed parts/materials, and order through authorized vendors
- Expertise using common hand tools, meters, gauges and other associated test and measurement equipment, as well as ability to measure current, voltage and amperage
- Proficiency in the basic math skills needed to do the job, differentiate colors, digital literacy, and full understanding of the National Electric Code
- Stamina and the physical ability to undertake the job. You might bicycle, bend, kneel, climb, push vehicles to re-position them for repair, work with arms/hands above shoulder level for an extended period of time, climb (sometimes as high as 200 ft.) and more, all on a regular basis
Electronic Technician (Sound Mechanic)
The pay rate for this role in California is $35.50 to $44.66 per hour
- Must have 2 years of experience and ideal backgrounds including trade school, apprenticeship, and related experience
