BrightStar Care is seeking nursing students who want to gain meaningful patient care experience while completing their education.
Our flexible per diem caregiver positions offer 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts, allowing students to work around classes, clinicals, and exams while earning income and building their healthcare experience.
What makes our program unique is that students work under the guidance of our Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Nurse Case Managers. Through direct mentorship and hands-on training, students develop real-world skills that complement their nursing education and strengthen their confidence in patient care.
Students gain experience with: - Patient communication and relationship building
