About The Program MENTORING Secure a better future for at-risk youth TLF’s mentoring program supports at-risk youth in one-on-one relationships. Mentors create a strong and supportive voice in youth’s lives by being a consistent and stable adult figure for at-risk youth. Youth will be matched with an adult who has been interviewed, trauma informed, trained and screened by TLF staff.
