Job description We are looking for an amazing Leasing Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience in multi-family property management, with an emphasis on leasing and customer service. 1 year experience preferred but not required. An outgoing, positive attitude, energetic personality and terrific telephone and face-to-face communication skills, as well as honesty and integrity are required. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in resident retention, signing and renewing leases, rent collections, legal notices, processing move out paperwork and assisting in any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager. Knowledge of leasing policies and procedures and have knowledge of applicable laws and Fair Housing requirements. Base Salary depending on experience. This is an entry level position. • Apartment not included. • This is a Full-Time position, approximately 32-40 hours per week including Weekends Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.05 - $23.00 per hour Work Location: In-Person/Fountain Valley Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Desires: • Answering the phone and returning emails regarding availability • Highly motivated self-starter. • Ability to meet deadlines. • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain constant and detailed knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents. • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not necessary.
